artetentreprises.com provides consulting and design services in the fields of interior architecture and organizational design, with the aim of optimizing workspaces and workflows through the integration of functional aesthetic elements. The services are described in detail in individual project proposals.
The Provider assumes professional liability within contractual limits. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control (e.g., force majeure, actions or omissions of the Client). All design recommendations are advisory, and their final implementation is the responsibility of the Client and its executors.
All fees are expressed in lei (RON) and are subject to VAT, where applicable. Any change in the project's scope or domain after the start of work may lead to an adjustment of costs and deadlines, which will be communicated and approved in writing by both parties.
Cancellation and refund conditions are specified in the individual contract. Generally, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
A party may terminate the agreement in writing in case of a significant breach of terms by the other party. artetentreprises.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes by posting an updated version on the site. Continued use of the site after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
